In SecondLife, heads and bodies typically come with their own shapes, which look great! Except.. your head shape doesn't work with your body, and your body shape doesn't work with your head!
Rather than spend ages trying to fix one or the other, combine the two shapes in Dr Frank and make the perfect custom shape for your combination of body and head.
Included is instructions to export your shape and a download link for Dr Frank.
Note - Dr Frank is a Windows Program. It may run on other OS's with emulation software such as WINE but we cannot provide support for this.

OMG, no more massive SL folder of notecards with shape numbers! This was super easy to download, nothing to install. The instructions for exporting and importing your shapes were very easy to understand. Using the application itself was so simple.
Seriously, thank you so, so much for this! As often as I change avatars, bodies, heads..etc this is gonna save me sooo much time and effort.
The right tool for the job!
Worked perfectly, followed the simple instructions, now I have a new shape combining my custom body settings with the default shape of the mesh head I wanted to use and I didn't have to manually write down and copy the body sliders which is a task I hate when making new avatars, so yea, if you hate that bit of avatar creation, this is the right tool for the job! And worth way more than L$10!
