The system will allow a sim/hangout/store/etc owner to place adboards for end users to rent (for free or for a price). These boards are driven by a centralized server that can be set anywhere in the same region as the adboards (also supports an arbitrary high number of adboard to the server). It supports having managers to offload the owner's task of maintaining the boards too. Many configuration too!
