| The Scanner Headset and Test Subject Mask comes with two main items. The test subject mask is an unrigged mask that looks very creepy by itself with no apparent eyes to be found. The second item is a headset with a visor that can flip up and down with sound effects. The visor has glowing eyes and 3 texture variants are included. Full body BOM undersuit included.

| Type /69 visor to flip the visor up and down.
