After a lot of searching, I found that most of the holdable/wearable pool floats were gachas, or not up to what I wanted to use. So I made a set.
One sits on the waist where your arms rest on it, and the other is like the ad, holding with the arm.
Pool floats are mod, but script inside isn't, so will show as no mod.
