This is a great little starter Off Sim product. It's a little Boat Dock with a Row Boat docked next to it... Enjoy!

For free, what's not to like
A great gift to those that know what to do with it. I would gladly pay for a full perm version so I could incorporate into my builds. When you work on it a little, you can get some great results. I have this on my sim, looks very different and now animated. Great fun...giggy giggy off sim ;)
