Updates every couple seconds to face the actual wind direction of the sim it is in. Plus can display floating text with the current wind speed.
Owner can Touch to change from "Miles per Hour" or "Meters per Second" or no floating text.

this does just what I want from a windsock. It'd be nice to have the wind speed in knots, but MPH and M/s work, too
