What happened???
I use this product in my Animesh builds and they stopped working...no web base function as described in the description of the product...does this mean I have to pull my items?
Don't buy!
Should have read the reviews before buying... but sometimes i just forget.
As another buyer said, to make/use new textures for the eyes you have to acces a website.
But to enter you need login info (pw & username). But there is no info in the kit.
I did send a notecard to Epidone as stated in the profile of Meli Imako.
(Contact Epidone Resident for all customer support queries.)
But no respons at all.
So when ppl speak about the "awesome" customer service i wonder... which customer service??? There isn't any!
Without the options to build in extra features this item is 100% useless.
Don't waste your money on this product.
disappointed
I bought this item and soon I face a problem: followed the instructions for the web HUD, but the page asks for an account and a password. This is not mentioned in the description of the item, neither in the documentation. And there is no way to open the page without this fu**ing account and password. Sent a message to creators but no reply. Should be enough to be correct in what they do, explaining what it's needed; but maybe for laziness or for lack of attention to detail, this creator is selling items that his customers cannot use.
It's not about the money, it's about the lack of respect these people have for who buy their products: it's really bad.
Avoid this items and any other from this creator if you are not 100% sure that it works as described. Maybe when he realizes is losing money he starts to respond to help requests from his customers.
Very disappointed.
A great product
These are awesome eyes, well made, and easy to customize and position. What's more the price is great, and they come with all textures so if you're handy in Photoshop, you can create your own eye textures. Highly recommend, thanks for another excellent product Meli.
Amazing Product, Amazing Customer Service!
These are some of the best mesh eyes I have found so far. For several reasons, they look great, they are easy to use, and they are also so very customizable; so that the user can create many different sets of eyes.
Also, I was having a minor issue, contacted Meli and was a bit too impatient to wait for a response, so purchased another pair (which once wearing the issue was gone so it was something I had done not a product defect). Meli refunded my purchase price without me even asking her too. Amazing Amazing Amazing.
