Procedure:

:. Adjust the Name of the HUD (rename)
:. Add the ChatSimulator HUD
:. Touch the HUD > Get a Dialog Window
:. Write your text and press Submit
:. In Local Chat everyone will read the text
generated under the name you have chosen.
Note: You will only be able to use one attached HUD
at any one time. You can create multiple, but they
can not be added used when active together without
them all responding under multiple names with the
same text. So only one at a time !

You can adjust the image of the HUD through EDIT
just pick your own photo or image and replace it.
