Grappling Hook (box) Versión 3.04

The grapple comes in 2 versions:
"REALISTIC" grapple has the animated climb in the vertical hooks, using a ball that activates the climbing animation. You spent more time, but this is more funny and realistic...
"NORMAL" grapple uses the traditional teleport system: clicking on the hook you are immediately teleported at the top.

To use the grapple simply mount it: it is just ready (no draw or sheath commands).

In the grapple you find four functions, usefull to climb or go down walls or pass rivers and holes.

1 - 3 VERTICAL HOOKS (10,14,20 meters)

2 - ROPE ARROW SYSTEM (shot an arrow with rope)

3 - GO DOWN (go down from a wall using a rope)

4 - LADDER

===== MENU & CHAT COMMANDS (only channel 1)
Nothing can be communicated with public chat (channel 0).
You can give the commands or by chat, or using the grapple menu.
To display the grapple menu you can:
- clic on the attached grapple
- write in chat "/1 grapplemenu"

1 - HOOKS
------------
Rez in front of you a vertical hook of 10, 14 or 20 meters (with climbing balls in "realistic" version), useful in order to climb walls.
Go near the wall, and type in chat (or select the Hook button from menu):
/1 hook10 - rez in front of you a vertical grapple of 10m
/1 hook14 - rez in front of you a vertical grapple of 14m
/1 hook20 - rez in front of you a vertical grapple of 20m
Left clic on the rope (or the ball in "realistic") in order to go up in top. After 30 minutes the grapple system disappears.
The grapples show at the top the name of the rezzer and the time, usefull for the roleplay.
CUT OF THE ROPE.
An enemy can approach itself the rope, touch it and select "Cut". A menu appears: clicking on "Cut Hook" the rope comes cut and you fall if you are still in top to it.
REALISTIC VERSION
The hook has 2 climbing balls, to climb up and climb down.
You can also move or rotate the realistic grapples. Simply move the grapple and the balls will follow it in the new position/rotation, and the animations are adapted.

2 - ROPE ARROW

Activate the rope arrow for next shot.
To fire the rope arrow you must go in mouselook. To go into mouselook, you may clic on button "Mouselook" when it appears after activation of the rope system, or use the roll wheel on your mouse, or press the "M" key on your keyboard (with your chat box closed). Then you can aim with your cross hairs and left click to shoot the rope arrow.
Type in chat:
/1 rope
to activate the rope arrow system (or select "Rope" from the menu)
Aim under the border of the wall you want to climb. After shot it's rezzed a wooden pivot, and the rope beetwen pivot and grapple: clic on the ball in rezzed pivot and select "Climb".
After 5 seconds a new ball appears. Any people can climb with your rope.
After 3 minutes the rope arrow system disappears.
If the rope comes launch towards a position more lowland, the descent velocity is greater.
ROPE CUT
An enemy can approach itself 2 meters from the pole that support the rope, touch it and select "Cut Rope". A menu appears: clicking on "Cut Rope" the rope comes cut and you fall. You can cut the rope alse by clicking on the grapple in the range of 2 meters.

3 - GO DOWN

Go down a wall with vertical direction, using a rope.
Type in chat:
/1 down
to activate the Go Down system (or select "Go Down" from the menu)
A wooden pivot and a ball are rezzed: clic on the ball and select "Go Down".
Any people can use your rope. It disappears after 3 minutes.
ROPE CUT
An enemy can approach itself 2 meters from the pole that support the rope, touch it and select "Cut Rope". A menu appears: clicking on "Cut Rope" the rope comes cut and you fall.

4 - LADDER

Rez a physic ladder that falls in front of you, so you can pass rivers or any hole in the ground.
Write in chat:
/1 rez ladder

RESIZER
---------
In the menu use the button "Resizer" to change the dimensions of the grapple.

===== OTHER FEATURES
HUD BLOCK: The grapple is not attachable to Hud.
AUTODISABLED: Old versions of the grapple are auto disabled, so it remains legal.
AUTOUPDATE: The grapple has automatic updates. New versions will send you when they are published.
