Both sets include couples and singles sofa (for family), also single sofas, coffee table, ground decoration (autumn leaves or snow & leaves) and each set also includes a fully animated tray as gift, on the autumn a pumpkin cider tray and on the winter version the Santa tray with hot choco, milk and Xmas cupcakes.
