Lovely liitle house on the pier - just what I was looking for and now in a beach themed skybox - low prim good size and great textures - looking at other Heart homes for other sites.
Well worth the price
This little home is perfect for that little getaway, the prims are low, and the textures are great! You'll probably want your own deck furniture because the animations are lacking, but the included furniture looks fantastic.

I love this. You might think 950 is alot. It's not. It is worth it, It is beautifully done and if you ever wanted a pier house this is one you want. I decorated it beautifully and it fits perfectly. I absolutely love this. It is one of my favourite spots on my land. Thank you guys for awesome work. :)
