We don´t take necessarily every single custom request (not for being unpolite, but simply ´cause some request are not possible for us to achieve) but you can explain to us your needs and we´ll see what we can do. About meshes:

Sculpties have been (and in its way still are) a great way to achieve simple and relatively complex objects.
3D meshes, though, are a huge revolution in terms of flexibility, appearance, low lag, complexity and countless other things.
When you rez a complex object made of sculpties you have to wait a lot, sometimes it doesn´t even rez properly, and other users might not see it the way you do. Meshes are a different beast. Its based on a mesh-like structure (hence it´s name) which means greater liberty when creating and huge improving when rezzing and watching.
