This is a simple hard cervical collar/neck brace, usually used in emergencies and accidents to immobilize the victim's neck. When worn, it locks the wearer's neck and head, adding an extra element of realism to any EMT, paramedic, first responder, or emergency roleplay. It's copy/mod and easily resized to fit almost any avatar.
