Hydro Home Control System: Installed within this building is a remote control system for doors, windows opacity (for privacy) and local lighting. Attach the remote to your HUD and pass copies of the remote out to your friends and visitors to maintain secure access to your buildings features. Alternatively you can rez a copy of the remote allowing anyone to control the buildings features. The system is pre-installed so there is no setup involved and instructions on how to use the remote are included.
Auto Align/rezzer: All of our buildings are packaged with an auto align/rezzing system that will allow even the most novice of players to confidently position and set up our builds.
Instructions: For each build we include a full set of instructions that assume you know very little, we also include a quick-start guide for experienced players and a troubleshooting guide.
Extras Pack: This build comes with an extras pack. View the images for this item to see what extras are included.
Texture Pack: We include all the textures used in the buildings creation, these textures are only to be used to modify our buildings and cannot be resold.

Very very easy to set up and use! Mostly all floor space (no separating walls) so maybe best for business - or eager carpenters.
Very Nice, works great as a commercial building if you don't need tons of wallspace. Seems to be very beautiful and elegant, no noticeable flaws that detract from its appearance and it is one unique look. All scripts are included with full perms so you can modify and add to them. I ended up adding to the "elevator" with my own hover text and added a new destination at a skybox I set up for building.
