Those 36 neckfaders work with any BOM compatible mesh heads and cover neck seams skins that doesn't match correctly.
READ CAREFULLY !!! : It's worn on the Lelutka Evolution briannon head on the picture BUT does not includes the new EVO X maps, so you'll have to select the classic version on the hud and not the EVO X if you're wearing a EVO X head .
Just wear the neckfader and you're good !

Has the wrong maps in it.
Briannon is Lelutka Evo X and this has a regular head map. :) Thank goodness it was just 99L
