My customers love it when I can patch up LL's mistakes with fitting asymmetrical arms.
I've dodged so many angry reviews from customers who aren't aware of the impossibility of one arm alpha layers in SL.
Hella useful for other things too.
Support works.
Would buy again. Will also instabuy a fitmesh version if there's going to be one.

**IMPORTANT DOES NOT CHANGE ARM/LEG LENGTH**
The product doesn't explain that it doesn't bring in a replica of your avatar. It does not change the arm/leg length, and perhaps some of the other sliders. It will change some torso fat and the shape of the face itself. I asked for money back to purchase a working product (Hoping Avastar will do the trick). But he didn't respond. The whole point of the product, I would think is so you can model things on a custom shape, but this product doesn't allow you to do that. Check out: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Standard-Sizing-Package-Updated-Male-Female/2894727 if you want to model off of the standard sizes. Beyond that, perhaps look into something like Avastar. I've yet to buy it, but I'm hoping it will do what I thought this would.
Works great. Used the unlicensed version for a long time, Finally bought full Version.
Been using this with 3dsMax 2012 for awhile, finally purchased the shape import function and it's wonderful.
new_archtype.xml data is stored in various spots depending on viewer and operating system but once you find it, works like a charm.
Would recommend for anyone designing for SL.

I changed the names - new archetype.xml to "avatar shape, xml and avatar archetype.xml".
Can you help?
