When people die we don't feel it any less in second life. Sometimes this person isn't around for us to go visit or lay flowers down for them. We can't go sit on a bench near their stone and talk to them because it's too far away or whatever else is the reason. But to me its the thought behind the visit that keeps them 'alive'.
I've lost many people and have my own little personal cemetery in SL that I visit from time to time. I've collected little mementos to set on their stones. It's my special place that I go and sit and reflect. This place is special enough that I want to bring it to others.
These stones can be customized and set anyplace. Under a tree in your backyard, on a memorial sim, in a cemetery..where ever you choose. Each has a picture frame you can drag and drop an image of your choice on to. I've also included a separate frame in case you want to set it out and add more pictures.

Version 1 has 16 sit animations and Version 2 has 13.

Each stone comes with a color hud for the flowers. The roses have 18 options, the Iris has 24 and the Lily has 21. You can pick their favorite color, or yours, or change them out every time you go visit.

The candles on each you can touch to turn them on and off separately.

As for customizing:

Once you make your purchase you will get a copy/mod stone ( it will look no mod in your inventory because of the scripts). You need to send me a notecard inworld of what you want the stone to say. Such as their name, their birthday, their death day, even a ' beloved father' phrase. I will try to make everything fit but its best to keep it semi-short.
Also your transaction info so i can make sure you actually own the stone ( I do check).

If there is an image you'd like added.. if they loved birds, cars, horses, were military, what ever.. let me know and i will put a custom stone together.

I will then send you the (FP) texture and all you have to do is drag it from your inventory to the face of the stone and thats it, its done. It might take from an hour up to 24 hours to complete and send the texture back to you depending on how many orders I'm working on. But each one is hand crafted and checked to make sure its ideal before being sent.

Also available, and ever growing, are little trinkets and items that can be purchased and set beside the stones. Things like guitars, other frames, figurines, and all sorts of random stuff that might remind you of the person. These items are only available inworld so come take a peek.

I hope this helps some people with their grief and brings a little bit of their lost loved ones back to them. Death is never easy in RL or SL.
