The poseballs included are copy/mod to allow you to adjust them to fit your avatar(s). Simply rez the poseballs, right click, choose edit from the wheel menu, unlink the poseballs and adjust the positioning as necessary. Remember to relink them by selecting all pieces in edit mode to avoid losing the adjustments.
