this was pretty pointless for me
it's not a good texture at all ... and if it is stretched it looks even worse.

It is not seamless though it didn't say it was I just took a chance and it turned out to be a tiling texture. If you need to make it larger you can't because the tiling looks terrible. If you need a bigger rink then this is NOT for you.
