This Kool AutoRezzer will rez your objects only when an avatar is around, and derezz them automatically when everyone left . Rez can also be done by click, and derez after a time limit or another click.
By placing a rezzer in different rooms or parts of your sim that are not used at same time, you can save prims and script time on your sim.
You can choose from which distance the rezzer detects a presence (1 to 96 m), and if it works for the owner only, someone of the same group or anyone.

▶ INFO
--------------------------------------
• Configuration is simple and done by intuitive menu, NO NOTECARD.
• A rezzer can contain up to 36 objects, each objects having many linked prims. But you can place many rezzers side by side for more objects.
• You can place multiple copies of the same object at different positions, and putting it only once in the rezzer Content. For instance a serie of columns.
• The rezzer contains 2 "Object rez test" so you can see it working.
• This is NOT a temp-rezzer which would rezz temporary objects every minute and induce lag. So it can be used for scripted items like bed, traps...
• The script to place in each object is copy/transfer. So creators can include it in their objects.

After Testing Tons of Rezzers, This One Stands Out Above the Rest! I Highly Recommend It!
Why I Recommend the Kool Rezzer AUTO:
Hassle-Free Setup – You no longer need to manually add scripts to each item. This saves a significant amount of time, especially when working with heavy, animation-loaded furniture.
Precise Placement – Items rez exactly where you saved them. There’s no weird movement from the rezzer to the final position – instead just smooth and clean rezzing.
Flexible Rez Options – Choose between click-to-rez or sensor-based rezzing. The sensor setup is intuitive: simply resize the sensor box to define the trigger area. No guesswork involved.
Low Script Load – Among the various rezzers I've tested, this one uses the least amount of script memory, which is great for performance.
Excellent Support – I received quick and effective help. Updating the script was easy with the included Updater.
Suggestion to the Creator:
Consider raising the price! This rezzer delivers top-tier value—far better than another system I paid L$2,500 for, and this one dramatically cuts setup time.
Conclusion:
So whether you're a pro builder or just dipping your toes into rezzing, the Kool Rezzer AUTO is a total game changer.
Good luck with your builds, fellow avatars!

Candy Queen (NekoSunset) ♥
The best rezzbox!
i t's great, I like it so much!!! it's a fantastic idea, so cool. It's indispensable, I wish I had it earlier. Thanks a lot
Thank you for this
This is a wonderful product. It has saved so many prims on my sim! Buy it, you won't regret it.
This Brand is -always- High Quality!
As with all their work its thorough and easy enough to follow as long as you know basic editing skills.
Love this and how it works - it is truly a marvel!
VERY reasonable cost! As I bought a couple others - one costing more - with FAR LESS options and ease of use.
Thanks for your amazing work!
The best flexible scene rezzer just became even better!
By creating scenes that only rezz when we are near, we can have way more scenes and decoration in our rooms and on our platforms than if everything would stay rezzed forever.
This is such a prim saver! Combined with a portal you can even pretend a room is behind a door when it is somewhere else, where it will quickly rezz when you arrive. Love the product!
With the V3 update we can now even add objects that are just copyable. No more need to put a script inside! A whole range of items that we had to leave rezzed out before, we could now store inside the new or converted existing rezzers. Thank you Kool Mekanic!
An include for anyone with objects to put out and pick up.
I've been setting up and test a lot of systems and pushing some limits, especially the rezzers. I have six sites at the time of this review. The first 3 listed below are parking and vehicles rezz spots on seperate continents. The rezzers with the panels are perfect for providing image based selections for public, group or owner permissions rezzers.
Fishii Region parcel is a vehicle parking lot with six rezzers with one panel. A Kool Door there is used with games.
Sagwa parcel has three panels, one for land vehicles, one for motorcycles and one for air.
Milu parcel is similar to Sagwa but includes water craft.
The texture gallery in Akhsharumova uses rezzers and panels for prouct scenes along with HUD for customer local demo use. Rezzers can rez public books for access and object givers to provide copies of those books or other things. There are 136 rezzers and 10 panels so far.
The parcel in Triasm is my second largest parcel and has 37 rezzer and 1 panel.
My main parcel is in Milda and has no panels with the 410 rezzers on site. This is the site that I maxed out the number of rezzers that panels can function with. I've used rezzers in every way possible, so far. I have multiple builds I can swap out region wide.
April 20, 2021 is the two year mark for all sites setup. I'm eagerly awaiting for the next version of Kool stuff. Feel free to visit the Milda Region and check things out. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Milda/157/165/48
