Just rezz the prim whenever you want to sell a land and it will notify you immediately through IM when the land is sold and has a different owner, including the location and coordinates. Then the object will vanish.
Whenever you need another one, just rezz it.

2. Cut off Cube with a red neon flashing light.
3. Disco ball with effects included; particles that float 5m all around, rotating ball, typewriter style hover that will display the information your want, just change the name of the object and it will display it w/ a slow motion type effect.

The texture is included in case you want to add your logo to it.

It is not recommended to use this in a group owned land. You need to deed the objects. To be able to deed to a group you need to have permits from the group to do so and be wearing the tag - or select it from 'group' menu in the general tab.
