Land Terminal Sale Info

The operation is kept simple.
Setup:
- Place the terminal on the parcel you want to sell.
- Edit the sign, change the "config" note card and enter the price and the tier.
- If the automaticly set information for "size" and "prims" are incorrect, enter them manually.
- Optionally set the advanced options (sold-message, on-line-status-UUID, additional IM-UUIDs, ...)
- Set the "Land Rules", you can set them to allow, disallow or transparent (in case of using a different texture)
by clicking the checkmark
- Put a logo-texture on the prim on the bottom of the sign.
- Optionally put an additional info note card into the sign.
Function:
- The on-line indicator shows the status of the sign owner.
With a click, the user receives a link to write to the sign owner an IM.
- If the user clicks on the sign, he retrieves the optional info note card.
- Once the land is sold, the landlord receives a message and the tenant will be reminded to pay the tier. He also gets the info note card, if available.
- After roughly 60 seconds of the landsale, the sign will delete automatically.
Changelog:
v1.1: config card also read on inventory-change, settable saletext(message=), parcelname in IM.
v1.2: multiple IM keys for the sell message (imkeys=), write UUIDs in comma-separated list.
v1.3: settable EM for online-display (emkey=).
v1.4: an additionaly note card will be used as info note card, which is sent with touch.
v1.5: api for www-logging (wwwlog=yes).
v1.51: some scripts were accidently in a bad state
v1.6: the info card now also come on sell.

This Saves me Alot of Time as a Sim Owner Fills out 99% of the info for the land rather then me having to type line.. after line.I 10000000% recommend that you get this if you are a sim owner who rents or sales land this will help you alot Trust me it does.
Handy & Sleek
This is simple and works nicely, giving you (and your estate managers) the info you need. If you ever update, my wishlist would be for multiple managers displayed and possibly auto complete for the purchase price of the parcel. Overall though, great stuff! :)
