If you or anyone around you is attacked by deformer griefer tools, this HUD can run the undeformer animations on the victim to fix the avatar.
Attach the tool and click for avatar menu, and choose the avatar to send the undeform request.
Especially when new residents are tricked to run deformer animations, it is easier to send them undeform request than rezzing an undeform prim and instructing them to touch it or sit on it.
This HUD works also in no-rez parcels and in no-script parcels if you attach it in scripts enabled parcel.
Naturally this HUD also stops all animations.
The script and prim are full perm, the undeform animations are no-mod.

it only fixed part of my body and still left me needing to relog so wasnt worth getting, even if free

I can see what you mean about the shoulders, and the hover height in case this wasn't noticed.
I found a way to fix both, by using a 'Petite Undeformer Kit' that seems to help me with pretty much any shape shifting.

As for severe deformations from griefing, my understanding on Linda's work is to simply gather pre existing undeforming animations into a HUD, meaning she shouldn't be held responsible from any results from playing them, like the shoulder thing, but I must agree that it would be nice to have an all in one tool ^^

A friend called me for help and I found her in a state of being a matchstick on legs - I attached this and it worked like a charm - brilliant.

Sadly, even this seems to make the shoulders dislocate and jut outwards. Which means I end up having to relog anyways.
Other than that, it works, but since I end up having to relog to fix the deformation caused by undeforming, kind of defeats the purpose :U
