Sales are final, but refunds are considered for specific cases:

- Double charges by the Marketplace.

- If a Demo is provided, please try it to ensure it meets your expectations. They are free and available at the Mainstore and Marketplace.
- If a Demo is not available, you can find the products on display at the Mainstore for your inspection.

If you purchased an item through the Marketplace, on your browser go to :
My Marketplace → My account → Order History.
In that page you can browse your purchases and request a redelivery from there.

Alternatively you can visit the in-world store and click on the redelivery terminal.
