This is a script for your Demo objects. Instead of it showing the word "Demo" all over the object, you can have it just the way the person would purchase it. This script allows for a demo object to run for 5 mins, then the script will dismantle the demo object. It will turn it transparent and shrink it so it becomes un-usable. If they try to rez it again, it will attempt to destroy the object all together.
