Good mesh, not great faces
If you plan on using this just for the wall part with the skirting you should be just fine and it's worth the 120L, don't bank on using this for the windows or doorframe, the faces don't seem to be sitting correctly so twist, turn and warp over the mesh, this means you get that stretched texture look even with seamless textures. As I said if you're just after the wall, you're golden, but the window frames and doorframes aren't much good. For 120L though I can use the wall and make my money back, so no big deal.
