no mod and needs tweaking
i bought this because im lazy to make one,and kinda wanted to make it a home.
its no mod but when i glanced at the perms it said copy and mod.checking back on the write up it actually says copy only..my fault but i think all buildings should be modable as id like to tweak the flaws in this building such as peeking through prims,texture flaws on the inside(missed) and trimming some prims.
waste of my cash,.check it first inworld..dont do what i did,and buy straight frm here:(
