SCRIPTS' FUNCTION:
Say one random message at a time or all messages in order (one at a time) from the notecard in the content of the object/prim in which the script is.
Each message is a new line in the notecard.
Add up to unlimited messages in notecard.
You can choose one of the 2 types included: Random or In Order.
You can choose one of the 3 modes included for each type: WHISPER (within 10 meters) SAY (within 20 meters) SHOUT (within 100 meters).
You can set the message rate in seconds in the object's description field.
The owner can touch the object to turn talking on or off and update the rate.
