Please do us both a favor and do not buy unless you understand the following: this is a product that ONLY works with a Materials compatible viewer (in alpha as of 04-08-2013).
Included in the package are two full-permissions HD textures (Ambient Occlusion & Normal Map) contained within a standard prim cube. Both textures have also been applied to the cube via the materials system.
These two textures are designed to work in tandem and allow the creator a great deal of flexibility via their modularity & editability.
With Materials it is now possible to create the illusion of extreme geometric complexity without effecting land impact. Furthermore with modularity (seamless & tileable) it is possible to texture surfaces of any size.
