By the bloody hand of Ulster!
I have been cat~eyen' this cutie fur awhile now and finally am able to get it! I really like how the straps and fringe have the white strip, if only a stripe or two of blue on the bottom fringe could make this better! I love the Ulster symbol on the back as well!
