I am happy to present my latest creation: "Offsim Forest of Pines" where you can find high quality textures, sculpt and a minimum use of prims in one product.
mod.01 64mt LOWER (14 prims)
with Pines Tree - flower - rocks - foam - spray - undersea water.
This offsim is a lower version of my offsim mod.01,
so you can choose the best suited to your land.

As Advertised.
Over all, the product is as advertised.
I would like to have been able to purchase a modifiable version for several reasons, the top three being:
1- the root prim is pretty close to the main object so one is limited in how far off-sim it can be placed.
2- if it were modifiable, I'd be able to re-texture it to match my sim
3- a mod version would allow for the removal of prims on it (in my case, I would like to have been able to remove the swirling water prims and relocate the rocks)
Yet it is all advertised as no mod so don't take this as a complaint that I cannot do these things. I have seen this off-sim used on many sims and like the way it looks. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend this to people. :)
