Occupied Status Scripts - Sensor Version Versión 1

Have you ever wanted an indicator for when a room was occupied or available? Be it a holodeck to a sandbox platform, or anything else you can think of.
These two scripts use two objects, one placed in the area and one placed outside (Or by the teleporter to that area). The one inside the area controls the status of the sign (hovertext and object color by default). The script inside the room uses a sensor to detect when someone is within the area (detect range set by range in the script), and when the area is empty, and sets both objects' displays accordingly.
The script is full mod and copy, so it can be completely customized. I made the script easy to use for those who don't really understand scripting by grouping all the variables you'd need/want to change at the top of the script with descriptions as to what they are. Be sure to look at the script, the channel will need to be changed per pair so that they do not conflict! (If you have multiple)
