The Ocean View Retreat is a one bedroom double storey house with a view.
It has a spacious living and dining area, a big kitchen. The bedroom is attached to another room that can be used as a work area or a bathroom. This room does not have a door.

The house is only 44LI and sits on a 24x20 base. It is mod, copy and no transfer. It is partial mesh and also UNFURNISHED.
