A excellent, off-sim low prim Wind Turbine with ON/OFF spinning rotors. It is 28 metres high (approx with rotors) and has a flashing red warning light on top. Realistic sound can be heard only if used on-sim.
I also have an on-sim version available at 1 prim less.

Nice detail, sounds ok too. I'm sure it could have been made with only 3 prims land use including the onsim root. It's a pity it's not mod because it doesn't go very far offsim, maybe 10m Allowing mod rights would have allowed the customer to place it at a more reasonable distance offsim.
