Yoru is a Shirasaya, a katana blade enveloped in the minimum and simple woods originally meant to be preserved.
It is meant to be carried sheathed with your left hand and drawn with reversed grip in your right one. You can change the attachments of course but the animations are made for this original use.
It comes with a small hud to customize the textures, 9 straps and 9 scabbards
Also includes an alternative bokuto version (the blade is made of wood) with low damage option in gm
It works with GM, DCS2 and similar meters.
GM:
· 40% and 35% (and additional wooden version with 35% and 19% options)
· 2 modes:
0.65 seconds delay / 2.8 meters reach
0.55 seconds delay / 2.5 meters reach
· autofire and soft trigger (OPC)
· safe draw and autosheath
· hit reports
· auto draw/sheath shield
· customizable command channel
· customizable sounds
DCS:
· Optional impulse
· Optional AO animations (stand, guard, block, run)

I love the textures. I love the hold animation. I hate every other animations. I use this mostly for a prop, but I'd love to bop people with my sheathed/wooden sword. A demo was not included, so I took a gamble on the animations, as I own a few bows from this creator (and love them so much)! As a prop, it's over priced, but if you can find someone to demo the animations and you dig it, 100% worth it!

It looks good and the animations are great. You can spend a lot more on inferior weapons.
The scabbard is held in the left hand and the sword is held backwards, both I like.
Less than happy
I give 1 star as it's the minimum you can, all components in the received package are less than exceptional, and I can only say it's probably better to buy a cheap item and know it will be naff, other than buying this. Or go all out spending a tonne of cash and using a lot of land impact to get something worthwhile.
