Place this script in any prim and youll be able to click it to turn on and off the particles. The size can modified and much more in the script.

when you rez this, it says it is not full perm - that's just the box. Open the box and inside you'll find the full perm script. It looks good as is, but I needed it modified and was able to do so. Thank you!
