A nice, feature-filled assault carrier/command ship with flexibility to spare
I love my Persey-class carrier - it supports the Falcon combat shuttle by default, but can also support a small fighter squadron or other modest-sized ships as a mission might require, or many space assault troops deploying directly from the ship. The PAX Drive is easy to use and gives a commander who's surveyed her target's coordinates in space an awesome edge in rapid deployment. "Wham!" there you are before the target gets used to you being there. Love the banya (sauna bath) - every spacecraft ought to have one! The command staff ready room with 3-D planetary display is awesome, too! Excellent value for money!
Lots of Space-ship for few L$ !
Aside from a few little blurriness on some of it's prims edges, it looks smashing, has a programmable rezzer, with a nice shuttle in it too & the to be rezzed out scenes are nice too, be it very Star Wars based.
In flight, due to its sheer size is kinda cumbersome, but handles simcrossings well.. [ Any sl-pilot knows to take those slow & head on, if flying this fast & at angle, you indeed get lost in space..0w0]...
Furthermore, i do like the possibility to set it to group usage, makes it extra worthwhile.
To conclude, a nice mid- to Large Spaceship, with a little rough edges, which might be polished away in an update. ^w^
Can't get it to fly with commands
I recently bought this and i cant get it to fly with the commands i type in start on the chat it wont fire up nothing happens ;/ whats going on this is driving me nuts lol. Other than the no flying it works as a floating house just wish i could get it to move
LARGE BUT LOW PRIM
If you want a large ship (*cough* big enough to live in without paying land fees or rent) that you can customize on the side, this is worth the money. She's rough around the edges but only $260 at 30/prims for a ship this size/layout? Plenty of interior space.
Not to big on the blah texture, going to mod mine a little but thats what makes it great it is copy/mod.
