you can use the avatar as it is, or you can create your own animesh.
this avatar is already tested for animesh ( since animesh skeleton are a little different than second life basic skeleton, some rigged avatars will not behave well as animesh)
low second life impact:
10 LI rezzed , 20 LI as animate mesh
1500 on appearance
to transform to animesh you need to enable animesh in edit object features, and drop a script and an animation inside. there are many animesh scripts in sl, just for test, if you don't have one use next one :
