Title says it all. Rather than waste 2-3-400+ on a simple bag to hit, this is a high quality one with looped anims so your char can train without you having to click. Like others, mine came with the light emitter, but the creator quickly resolved that issue and provided a perfect product and service

Needed to get the glow off the bag for roleplay area reasons, and Grandmaster Rexen quickly both told me how to do it and sent me a bag that had already been modded with the light out.

Previously gave a lower rating because of the punching bag's height animation and having no ability to fix it because of no-modify. Owner messaged me and sent me a modify version of the punching bag, which is definitely worth a five star rating for this modify version.
Pretty cool
It works for role playing a nice workout, not bad at all for 50L! If had more than one animation I'd give it 5 stars!
