The picture shows what it looks like with some orange color, but you can tint it whatever you want.

If you use a tattoo applier for GENUS Head or Maitreya Body you can tint it in your Head/Body HUD

If you use BOM then go right click on the BOM you are wear and EDIT, there you have Color / Tint. Don't touch the rest so that something doesn't go wrong.
