I love the retro look and they are made with really nice textures. Sadly though, if you want to personalize it, even the sign is no mod, which means you have to figure out a work around in order to have changed. It would nicer if they creator had left the building modifiable, so it would be easier to work with. Also, the package with the build in it, is no copy. When you open the box, the build is copiable but as a back up, having the package no copy is not the best thing. You may want to adjust your permissions since you have them set up wrong for you listing.
