It has issues
You will need to fix the scale on the rock textures. The plants look so bad I just deleted those prims. The axe is in there somewhere but does not rez. It does give the gold but I can't mod it to use as a quest item. For the price it can be worked with but one needs minor building skills at least.
Almost perfect
I'd like to start by mentioning that you absolutely can't beat the quality or price of these builds. However, this one in particular gets only 4/5 stars because the mining animation/script is in the entranceway and not in the cave itself. I had to fiddle with it quite a bit to get things to work out the way I wanted it to, so that you were mining inside the cave instead of in the short "tunnel" leading in. Still an awesome product, always an amazing price.
