The SORTaMATIC is a storage system for your excess Second Life inventory that helps keep it under control, providing you with a sensible and secure inworld backup and archive solution!
Placing items in the SORTaMATIC automatically sorts them into separate Drawers by their permissions, so that you can back-up your copyable and copy-transfer items easily and even send copy-transfer Drawers to other avatars for additional backup purposes.
The SORTaMATIC is equipped with several search methods to help you quickly find and retrieve your items when needed. Each SORTaMATIC can hold thousands of items (there's technically no limit) however you will get the most out of your purchase if you organise things neatly.
A new "Folders" feature exists so you can store items in your own categories (such as a collection of textures or an outfit).

Ths this is fabulous..organizes me and my crap ...i mean stuff. It creates folders and organizes me to no end. Separates into copy/mod/transfer folders for easy retieval. Looks like a file caninet and can make as many copies as u need (textures, gestures, clothes, music, skins...etc. The sorting is endless. ty
A great clutter solution!
I've had a lot of time to get used to this item after my purchase and it has done wonders for my clutter problem. Letting it auto-create folders for me and name them through local without having to click back and forth in the edit menus is fantastic. The ability to sort and -find- a specific item has saved me a lot of time. I love it!

Finally some order in my SL life
I have been losing items like crazy in SL. Buying one minutes and having it disappear the very next day. Those days are gone. Now when I buy it goes right in my sortamatic and I can stop worrying if it will be there the next time I log on. Thank you!!!

I had the demo version before purchase, to make sure it was what i was looking for. I have to say theres nothing else out there like this. As a designer, my inventory is a nightmare beyond nightmare, thousands and thousands of items, half the time i think i buy items i already have just because i cant locate them. Anyways, great product, definitely a MUST
