[SPRIG] IRISH COTTAGE

Researched carefully from photographs ( and from an Irish relatives home ) - this home features three rooms - and a hall area. The sitting room has a large fireplace with a log storage area at the side. The kitchen area has enough room for cottage style fitments and the bedroom has ample room for furniture.

I've placed some of my own furniture in the building to give you the approximate feel of the build and an idea of space ( THIS IS NOT INCLUDED ).

The cottage is copy/modify, but please be aware that any resizing of the build may result in a higher land impact ( or smaller ) .. please always keep a copy in your inventory.

A lot of this build is my own, original mesh and as such - you won't find it elsewhere.
