This script allows an object in Second Life to rotate around X axis with an adjustable speed. Only the owner of the object can configure the rotation speed.

I bought this and rezzed in my land. The instructions say touch the object to change the rotation speed but when I touch the object a message in local chat say: "You are not the owner of this object and cannot configure the rotation speed" ... and obviously I am the owner.
