To rezz the house just put the rezz box on the ground and touch it. You can move the box to find a good place for your house. After this select DONE and your house is saved and you can remove the box. The DELETE button derezzes your house. No worries, its still in the box.
House system: (the menu is hidden in one of the columns next to the entrance door)
