30 Full Perm Alpha Textures and
30 No Transfer Textured Flexi Prims
(Flexi prims are copy/mod/no transfer)

Checking box "Full Bright" under the texture window will highlight the spiderwebs to give extra effect.

You can also enable "Flexi Path" under "Edit" in the "Features" window and make your Spiderwebs moving slightly with the wind..makes them alive and even more realistic :D
