IMPORTANT UPDATE - Now with lower Land Impact than Prim Count.
Steel ladders I have used in my art installations. Designed so avatars can walk up them. The second of the two ladders is very tall, it is here more as a free version of the smaller one that is for sale.
As the ladders are full perm, it would be possible to add a animation for avatars to climb up, if you so wished.
The height of the top step on the smaller steel ladder is approx. 1.975 m 6 LI (11 prims), on the extra large version, the height of the top step is approx. 6.35 m 11 LI (22 prims).
