All glass is tintable and the rows of upper windows can be opened. Land impact is 26.
Construction is all mesh except the floor which is a standard prim.

Ahhh, I love this sun room. It is exactly what I wanted as an addition to my rented parcel.
I also have a home by Domineaux. (I cannot review it because I purchased it from the in-world store)
When I first rezzed it, the windows at the top would not fully close. They would be in the open position (when they should be closed) and when i clicked to open them they would open further.
I contacted Domineaux Propsero via IM, and within a day they sent me a new file that they updated.
What fantastic customer service!!
Things happen, the SL game can be so difficult and complex so that is why I still give this sun room 5 stars.
The brick is beautiful, the floor is a nice light wood.
You have full control over this sun room, same as you do with the homes from The Domineaux Effect.
Full menu control which I love.
You can tint the windows, lock the doors and windows, and lock out the controls.
