This is an actual prop used in Mouse World's Swiss Family Treehouse attraction. Now you can own this piece of grid history!
The set includes two wheels - the large water-wheel and a smaller secondary wheel. Both spin on their own, and can be touch started/stopped. The set also includes a mod/copy rope prim so you can add all the rope you want.
